BULK MANUFACTURING :
- Clean all the equipment /containers required for bulk manufacturing with (teepol/liquid soap) rinse it with tape water and D.M. Water.
- In the bulk manufacturing area rinsed twice all the above mentioned items with fresh distilled water.
- Collect 80 litres fresh distilled water in the tank and start boiledand heat.
- Then add Calcium gluconate and calcium d-saccharate with continuous sterring.Boil the solution at least for 3 hours at low heat . Make-up the volume up to the mark with water for injection.
- Finaly checkpH 8.2 and adjust the pH between 6.0 to 8.2 with sodium hydroxide.
- Make up the volume upto 100 litres.
Note – should be kept 8.2 as pH lower on standings.
