1.1 To lay down the Procedure of labeling of Raw Material & Packing material store in Quality Control

2.0 SCOPE
2.1 This procedure is applicable for labeling of Raw Material & Packing material
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 QC Officer or QC Executive
4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY
4.1 QC Manager
5.0 PROCEDURE
5.1 ‘UNDER TEST’ label
5.1.1 Under Test labels shall be affixed on each packs of materials
5.1.2 Colour of the label is Yellow. as per Annexure-1
5.2 ‘APPROVED’ label
5.2.1 Approved labels shall be affixed on each packs of materials which container approved by QC.
5.2.2 Colour of the label is Green. as per Annexure-2
5.3 ‘REJECTED’ label
5.3.1 Rejected labels shall be affixed on each container of raw material or Packing material is rejected
by QC
5.3.2 Colour of the label is Red. as per Annexure-3
