5.1 GENERAL PROCEDURE:
5.1.1 Analytical Report Numbering for Raw Material
5.1.2 Numbering of analytical report of raw material shall be in the form of CR-XXX/YY
5.1.3 Where, CR = Certificate raw material
YY = year (e.g. 19-20)
XXX = serial no. (e.g. 001, CR-001/19-20)
5.1.4 Numbering of analytical report of intermediate shall be in the form of
5.1.5 BS/LT -XXX/YY For Bulk Sample
For Example for Liqued LT-001/19-20
Ointment OT -001/19-20
Injation IJ- 001/19-20
