1.0 OBJECTIVE
1.1 To lay down a procedure for filling of log book in Quality Control Department.

2.0 SCOPE
2.1 This procedure is applicable for Instrument uses log book

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 QC Officer or QC Executive

4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY

4.1 QC Manager

5.0 PROCEDURE

5.1 QC Officer or Executive fill the uses log book of concern equipment at which work is going on.
5.2 During filling of log book take the precaution date & time must be mention when start and stop with
Respective equipment.
5.3 As per cGMP, WHO guidelines, over writing not allow.
5.4 If need any correction cut the word or number with single line and write the correct word or number with
initial sign & date nearby.
5.5 Fill all the row with respect to column heading and which is not in use write NA and finally give the
remark.
