1.0 OBJECTIVE 
1.1 To describe a procedure for the Leave Policy system of employees on service in the factory.
2.0 SCOPE
2.1 This procedure is applicable to all the employees of the Organization.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Execution : All
3.2 Internal Coordination : HR & Administration
4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY
4.1 Overall accountable : All Department Heads and Plant Head
5.0 PROCEDURE
5.1 Leave Policy
5.1.1 All are eligible for 15 days leave on pro-data basis during calendar year.
5.1.2 The balance leave of all employees is required to be carry forward at the end of calendar year.
5.1.3 All can accumulate leave up to 30 days which will be useful to you during contingency.
5.1.4 As a discipline employee will proceed on leave with prior sanction from department head and in case of emergency immediately update his/her leave record after resuming on duty.
5.1.5 Employees are allowed to avail a facility of leave as below(exclude Manager & above),
5.1.5.1 Quarter Day(2 Hours Leave)during day time
5.1.5.2 Half day(4 Hours Leave)
5.1.5.3 Full day (More Than 4 Hours)
5.1.6 Employee who takes gate pass to leave factory on 17:00 Hrs. more than twice in a month, will be treated as quarters day leave (exclude Manager & above).
5.2 To Maintain The Discipline In Company
5.2.1 All should join duty at 09.00Hr. or as per their shift time.
5.2.2 Late arrival more than 3 times for 10 minutes will be treated as ½ day leave.
5.2.3 Section no.5.2.2 is applicable for lunch time also.
5.3 Reporting After Sickness
5.3.1 If any Employee takes leave for sickness for more than 3 days he/she will have to submit medical certificate from registered medical Practitioner.

6.0 TRAINING
6.1 Trainer – Head of department.
6.2 Trainee – All concern person.
6.3 Period – One hour or as per required.
7.0 DISTRIBUTION
7.1 One set of master copy & controlled copy submitted the quality assurance department.
