Cleaning and Sanitization of Canteen
1.0 Objective
To lay down a procedure for cleaning and sanitization of canteen.
2.0 Scope
This procedure is to carry out the control of cleaning and sanitization of canteen in abc company.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Clean all the tables, basins, sinks of canteen and collect the food left over on the table with polybag.
5.2 Wash the table basins and sinks by using detergent solution with the help of plastic scrubber and cloth duster.
5.3 Clean the entire scrubbed surface with water.
5.4 Dry the tables, basins, sinks and doors with dry clean cloths.
5.5 Wash the floor of canteen by using detergent solution and water by using rubber wiper.
5.6 Rinse the entire scrubbed and washed surface with scheduled sanitizing agent as mentioned in SOP of respective department.
5.7 Dry the canteen floor by the use for a dry clean cloth.
5.8 Frequency of Cleaning: After every use.
