1.0 Objective
To lay down a procedure for cleaning and operation of trolley.
2.0 Scope
This Standard Operating Procedure is applicable for cleaning and operation of trolley to
be followed at formulation plants of abc company.
3.0 Responsibility
3.1 Officer/Executive warehouse shall be responsible for cleaning and operation of stacker.
3.2 Head Warehouse shall be responsible for ensuring the implementation of this SOP.
3.3 Head QA or his designee shall be responsible for compliance of this SOP.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Cleaning of Trolley:
5.1.1 Clean the trolley with wet cloth followed by dry cloth.
5.1.2 Sanitize with 70% IPA solution.
5.2 Operation of Trolley:
5.2.1 Release the pressure by pressing pedal key.
5.2.2 Push the handle towards down to come the fork at desired height.
5.2.3 To bring the fork at bottom, release the hand brake.
5.3 Precaution
5.3.1 Ensure that trolley is cleaned before start of work.
