1.0 Objective
To lay down a procedure for cleaning of MS Shutter.
2.0 Scope
This Standard Operating Procedure is applicable for cleaning of MS Shutter to
be followed at formulation plants of abc company.
3.0 Responsibility
3.1 Supervisor warehouse shall be responsible for cleaning of MS Shutter.
3.2 Officer/Executive warehouse shall be responsible to ensure proper cleaning of MS Shutter.
3.3 Head Warehouse is responsible for implementation of this SOP.
3.4 Head QA or his designee shall be responsible for compliance of this SOP.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Switch ON the Air Curtain.
5.2 Close the doors adjacent to the loading bay and un-loading bay before start cleaning of MS shutters.
5.3 Clean the shutters with the help of wet cloth followed by dry cloth. Cleaning shall be done once in a week.
5.4 Maintain the record “Cleaning of MS shutter” Annexure – 1.
5.5 After cleaning Switch OFF the Air Curtain.
5.6 Frequency: Once in a week.
