1.0 Objective
To lay down a procedure for cleaning of HDPE Pallets.
2.0 Scope
This Standard Operating Procedure is applicable for Cleaning of HDPE Pallets to be followed at formulation plants of Abc company
3.0 Responsibility
3.1 Officer/Executive warehouse shall be responsible for cleaning of HDPE pallets.
3.2 Head Warehouse is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the SOP.
3.3 Head QA or his designee shall be responsible for implementation and compliance with SOP.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Send the “To be Cleaned” pallets to de-dusting area.
5.2 Dip the cleaned duster into potable water & squeeze it.
5.3 Mop the pallets with wet duster followed by dry duster.
5.4 Disinfect the pallets with 70% IPA solution.
5.5 Frequency : As & when required.
