trendy working techniques in the pleasant control Laboratory. The Quality Control Laboratory.
2) To ensure the testing, approval or rejection of all Raw-materials, packing materials, Bulk Finished &
Finished products.
3) To review and updating of all SOPs as per requirements of cGLP on regular basis.
4) To train and develop all QC staff on cGLP advanced analytical technique and their evaluation on
Periodical basis.
5) To participate in execution of all validation program like process validation, cleaning validation etc.
6) To ensure the operation and calibration of all analytical instruments as per laid down procedures.
7) To ensure the proper documentation of all analysis including raw data, checking of all data and proper
Storage of data.
8) To organize the analysis of all stability samples, as per specified schedule (accelerated condition as
Well as controlled temperature).
9) To review and updating of all standard test procedures and specifications of all Raw-materials,
Packaging materials and Finished products on regular basis to meet regulatory requirements.
10) To ensure the proper management of references and working standards for accuracy of analytical data.
11) To ensure the proper standardization of volumetric solution, preparation of reagents and its
Documentation.
12) To develop the new analytical method and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for in-house or
Pharmacopoeia methods and prepare the method validation report.
13) To extend the support to regulatory affairs in preparing the analytical data as per their requirements
For registration of products in different countries.
14) To participate in the internal audits and vendor audits as per audit programs.
15) To organize the analysis of microbial samples, as per specified procedure and SOP training for
Microbiology laboratory
16) Preparation of SOP
17) Environmental Monitoring in Controlled and Critical Area by using different techniques such as
Settle Plate, Active Air Sampling, Surface monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
18) Revival of MTCC culture and handling, Culture quantification, Growth promoting test and
Environment isolates
19) Microbiological analysis in raw material, finished product as liquid Capsule Tablets.

20) Actively Participate in validation process like (Autoclave, LAF, Area, HVAC, Water, Media fill.)
