1.0 OBJECTIVE :
1.1 To lay down the procedure for the assigning identification to filters.
2.0. SCOPE :
2.1 This procedure is applicable for assigning identification to filters situated at pharma Dekho
3.0. RESPONSIBILITY :
3.1 Officer/Executive of Engineering Department will be responsible for assigning identification to filters
4.0. ACCOUNTABILITY :
4.1 Head Engineering Department
5.0. PROCEDURE :
5.1 Identification of filters shall be given as per below procedure.
5.1.1 Officer/Executive shall give the identification No of each filters shall carry a unique indentification in the form of : 1’UU’/’VVV’/’W’/’XXX’/’Y’/’Y’ to ‘Z’/’Z’ as in below table :

5.1.2 For example – Filter ID are as: 1EM-101/V/
5.2 Whenever any new filter is received, Existing filters ID is not being used by officer/executive of E and M department shall allow new filter ID and amend list.
5.3 If any equipment/instrument not be used permanently, ID No. of that filters will not be
Given to any other filters.
5.4 On receipt of filter, officer/executive shall ensure its adequate closed storage in filter store room.
