1.0 OBJECTIVE :
1.1 To lay down a procedure for Colour Coding of Pipe line.
2.0. SCOPE :
2.1 This procedure is applicable for Colour Coding of Pipe line.
3.0. RESPONSIBILITY :
3.1 Operator Engineering Department shall be responsible for Colour Coding of Pipe line.
3.2 Officer/Executive Engineering Department shall be responsible for to verify the proper Colour Coding of Pipe line
4.0. ACCOUNTABILITY :
4.1 Head Engineering Department shall be accountable for compliance of SOP.
5.0. PROCEDURE :
5.1 procedure Colour Coding of Pipe line.
5.1.1 The colour code of different pipelines applicable in factory premises in production and all over plant as per attachments(Annex)
5.1.2 If any changes require approval shall be taken from QA.
5.1.3 Location of display the colour code sheet at service Floor, pre treatment water system, WFI Room, nitrogen and Oxygen Ban
