7.0 PROCEDURE
7.1 File the observation report every hour after visiting the department.
7.2 Inquire details from the visitor and inform the concern department accordingly.
7.3 Employees should be checked properly while entry / exit. Employees may leave the premises only after handing over the gate pass.
7.4 Ensure that no employee caries any tobacco/gutkha/pan/pouch and cigarettes inside the plant.
7.5 Keys of the office rooms/godowns will be handed over only to the authorized person with proper entry in key register.
7.6 Maintain discipline in the factory.
7.7 No visitor will be allowed in the night shift.
7.8 Maintenance of all the records pertaining to, incoming / outgoing for men & material and any other records introduced from time to time.
