To lay down guidelines of procedure for cleaning of factory uniforms

This procedure is applicable for the cleaning of factory uniforms at abc company.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 All Employees shall change uniforms for laundry two times in a week.
5.2 Washing supervisor shall collect to be uniforms from all departments.
5.3 Issue of cleaned dress by P & A department
5.4 Washed dress shall be provided by code numbering mention on the dress.
5.5 Washed dress shall be provided as by departmental colour using each department.
5.6 Washing records shall be maintained by P & A department.
5.7 In case of emergency or extra dress required then washed dress can be provided by
prior approval from P and A department.
5.8 P and A department shall control all washing activity.
