To lay down guidelines of procedure for general instruction for employees.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Enter the plant through the designated entry points and follow the entry procedure strictly.
5.2 Maintain highest standard for personal cleanliness e.g. have a proper haircut, trim

hands & feet nails, keep hands & feet clean. Take a bath daily, clean shave etc.
5.3 Do not wear any ornaments, watch etc. in the plant premises.
5.4 Do not talk/ gossip unnecessarily which adds to the bio burden
5.5 Do not loiter without work permission in the plant.
5.6 Do not enter restricted areas without proper attire/ permission
5.7 Eating / chewing is prohibited in the plant.
5.8 Do not chew tobacco, betalnut, pan, gutka, chewing gum etc.
5.9 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
5.10 Never carry any food items into the Manufacturing area.
5.11 Do not carry any inflammable material or matchbox, packs of cigarettes, bidis in the plant.
5.12 Strictly follow safety instructions.
5.13 Never operate any machine without permission
5.14 Put on specified uniform before entering the specified areas.
5.15 Do not consume any medicament being packed or manufactured.
5.16 Do not advise fellow employees on effects of medicines manufactured and consumption of the same.
5.17 Do not play with any gadget/ machine /product in the plant.
5.18 Do not go near any running machine in loose clothes.
5.19 Exhibit disciplined behavior.
5.20 Follow strict hygiene procedures across all stages inside premises.
5.21 Do not play with water jet, compressed air, steam etc. It may severely injure you.
5.22 Report any untoward incidents, happenings, and observations to the supervisor immediately.
5.23 Do not spit anywhere.
5.24 Do not bring any valuables/cash (more than routine use) in to the plant.
5.25 Keep hair, nose, ears cleaned.
5.26 Do not attend duty while suffering from any contagious disease e.g. conjunctivitis, common cough & cold etc.
5.27 Development of any abnormal health condition or illness during working hours must be

immediately brought to the notice of supervisor.
5.28 Do not bring any personal medicines in the plant.
