1.0 Objective
The purpose of this SOP is to provide written procedures for sampling of Finish Product.
2.0 Scope
Standard Operating Procedure is to provide guidelines procedures for sampling of Finish Product at abc company.

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Frequency of Sampling will be as and when a finished product intimation is sent by production Dept.
5.2 Sampling will be done by all IPQC Officers.
5.3 On receipt of the intimation form the packing department requesting to collect samples of the finished
product manufactured, the IPQC Officers shall visit the packing department and withdraw the samples
from the concerned packing line as per the sampling plan mentioned below.
5.4 For Tablets/capsules:
50 Units for testing
5.5 External Preparation 12 tubes And Liquid 12 Bottle.
5.6 Quantity of Sampled shall be entered in the BPR.
5.7 Entry of the finished product is also made in the log book maintained in the QC Department.
The sampled finished products are kept in the desecrator meant for the in process and finished sample in the Quality Control lab.
