CLEANING OF DRY SYRUP POWDER FILLING MACHINE
1. Put off the electric connections.
2. Dismantle the nozzle, hopper, auger and the main shaft and transfer them to the equipment cleaning room.
3. Wash all the parts with hot water and a soap solution (10% soap and 1% disinfectant) ning soft nylon wire brush.
4. Wipe out the excess of water with dry lint free napkin and keep all the parts in a dryer at about 80 °C for hour.
5. Bring out all the parts, allow to cool and mop with Isopropyl Alcohol using clean napkin.
6. Mop the outside surface of the entire machine as well as the control panel with Isopropyl Alcohol using clean napkin.
7. Ensure the total cleaning at the end of every shift and the change over of product.
8. Put on the electric connections and take trial run.
9. Keep the machine in closed condition when not in use.
