1.0 : OBJECTIVE
To lay down a procedure for Entry and Exit in MLT & BET room.

4.0 : PROCEDURE (ENTRY)
4.1 : Enter to the change room after taking out ornaments, lab sleepers etc keep them in
the outside portion of crossover bench.
4.2 : Take out the apron, & keep them in the cupboard.
4.3 : Spray 70 % filtered IPA on your hand.
4.4 : Wear the apron, cap ,sleeper ,nose mask and hand gloves(dedicated for M.L.T &
B.E.T room) from cupboard and wear them in a serial manner.
4.5 : Spray 70 % filtered IPA on your hand and collect all the apparatus and media required
for testing.
4.7 : Then with the help of elbow, push the door of the second air lock.
4.8 : During exit take out apron ,nose mask ,hand gloves and sleeper and keep them at their
respective places
4.9 : Then wear lab apron and come out from change room after which wear lab sleepers
kept at the outside portion of cross over bench.
