1.0 OBJECTIVE
1.1 To lay down the procedure for cleaning and operation of vortex mixture.

5.2 PROCEDURE
OPERATION
5.2.1 Ensure that the instrument is clean and free from any dust particles.
5.2.2 To use the vortex first of all connect the point with main supply and then switch on the main of supply and ensure
that the flow of electricity is defined by observing red light to glow in apparatus.
5.2.3 Switch on the button of the vortex and ensure that red light is glowing.
5.2.4 Adjust the black knob at the position either slow, Medium or fast as per requirement of test.
5.2.5 Put the tube for mixing of its content by vortex mixing on test tube vortex cup and press it gently to get the proper vortex mixing.
5.2.6 To switch off the machine, first of all switch off the mains of the machine by rotating knob at zero and then switch
off the button present on vortex mixture and then switch off the supply.
5.3 PRECAUTION
5.3.1 Clean the vortex mixture with disinfectant solution at least once in day by using lint free clean
cloth (The vortex mixture should be put “OFF” while cleaning will be carried out).
5.4 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
5.4.1 If the instrument response is poor then it should be labeled faulty and shall be repair or serviced.
