5.1 Ensure that there is not production and close the recirculation valve of Ro-II and EDI.
5.2 Use necessary safety wears, while doing the work.
5.3 Check the level of CIP Water Tank. It should be between250 to 300 lit. If the level is less generate the water by UF module in CIP tank and Add 1 ltr. Of hydrogen peroxide solution Open inlet/outlet valves and start the CIP pump by pressing the GREEN button on the panel.
5.4 Circulate the water for 1 hour.
5.5 Drain off the water by opening the drain valve of CIP tank and individual drain points of RO.
5.6 Sanitization is to be carried out with frequency of Three Months days or as and when quality of water Crosses action level.
5.7 Start the purified water generation as per SOP b and open the dump valve till conductivity of water is less than1.25 micro siemens/cm.
5.8 Sanitization record is maintained as shown in Annexure – 1.
